Automatic Cutting Machine Has A Low Downward Speed But A Normal Upward Speed

What is the reason that the automatic cutting machine has a low downward speed but a normal upward speed?


1. Check that there is something stuck in the position switch or the position switch is broken;


2. Change the relay position and press firmly;


3. The solenoid valve is malfunctioning, such as a stuck valve;

Contactors are divided into alternating current contactors (voltage AC) and direct current contactors (voltage DC), which are used in power, power distribution and electricity. If the motor of the cutting machine is overloaded, the current in the winding will increase, and the current in the thermal relay element will increase the temperature of the bimetal, increase the degree of bending, and push the herringbone lever. Contacts, the contacts are disconnected and the AC contactor coil circuit is disconnected, the contactor is released, the power of the motor is cut off, and the motor is stopped to be protected.


The relief valve is a hydraulic pressure control valve, which mainly plays a role of constant pressure relief, pressure stabilization, system unloading and safety protection in the hydraulic equipment of the cutting machine. During the assembly or use of the relief valve, due to the damage of the O-ring, the combined seal, or the loosening of the mounting screws and pipe joints, unintended external leakage may be caused. If the poppet valve or main valve core is too worn, or the sealing surface is not in good contact, it will also cause excessive internal leakage and even affect normal operation.
