Automatic cutting machine has no pressure mainly for the following reasons:
1. Leakage of hydraulic system;
There is oil leakage in the hydraulic system, seals or tubing of the automatic cutting machine. When there is oil leakage in the hydraulic system, the pressure can not be established inside the system. Of course, the cutting machine has no pressure. Generally, when the oil leaks inside the system is pressurized, the sound of oil being squeezed will be heard. You can find it by paying attention and observing.
2. Insufficient oil absorption or damaged oil pump;
If the hydraulic oil is too little and the filter is blocked, the oil pump will not be able to absorb oil or not enough oil, and the oil pump will not be able to output the corresponding pressure if it cannot absorb enough hydraulic oil. The damage of the oil pump will also cause the lack of output pressure of the oil pump. 80% of the oil pump has a problem and there will be a large noise. When the automatic cutting machine has a large noise, we should first check the oil pump.
Three, solenoid valve damage;
Automatic cutting electromechanical magnetic valve damage rate is high, when the cutting machine after three years of use there is no pressure, should check the solenoid valve, currently there is no better way to detect the solenoid valve is good or bad, can only replace detection.
4. Cylinder sealing ring is damaged;
The automatic cutting oil cylinder is a pressure executing element. After the sealing ring is damaged, the pressure oil will leak to the tank, and the pressure cannot be generated. The damage of the sealing ring of the cylinder is difficult to check. But there is a very practical method, the hydraulic cutting machine fuselage even to the high point, see whether the slide, if the slide proves that the cylinder sealing ring is damaged (the premise is to ensure that there is no other leakage of oil in the system, the solenoid valve is new).
V. Differential valve is not closed when pressure is applied;
When the automatic cutting machine is pressurized, the differential valve should be closed. If it is not closed, the pressure output will be affected. The method to check whether the differential valve is closed is very simple: when pressurizing, see whether the indicator light of the differential valve is off or see whether the cutting machine is decelerating before pressurizing.
