2, cutting machine noise generation
A. The hydraulic oil in the fuel tank is insufficient. If the oil pump sucks in the air or the oil filter is blocked by dirt, the oil pump will be short of oil, resulting in oil.
The bubbles are discharged to the blade to generate noise. The solution is to check the amount of oil, prevent inhalation of air and clean the filter.
B, hydraulic oil viscosity is high, increase flow resistance, need to replace the appropriate hydraulic oil.
C. Due to damage to the bearing or blade of the oil pump or motor, the concentricity deviation of the coupling causes noise, and the concentricity must be adjusted to replace the parts.
D, the directional valve reaction is not effective but the function is still, such as valve core wear, internal leakage, burr blocking, movement inflexibility, solenoid valve due to electricity
Failure to flow and noise can also cause noise. The solution is to clean the valve core or replace it with new ones. The current must be stable and sufficient.
E. Damage to the hydraulic components or blockage of the oil pipelines, causing noise when the hydraulic oil flows at high speed.
F. The mechanical part is faulty, the parts are not lubricated, and the parts are loose. The reason should be found to tighten or replace them.
3. The cutting machine pressure plate does not go down, or does not reset after going down.
A. There is a problem with the cutting switch, check or replace it.
B. Insufficient oil in the fuel tank or leakage of the oil pipe, refuel or tighten the oil pipe joint.
C. The solenoid valve cannot be reset, repaired or replaced.
D. The relay is in poor contact, the main oil circuit cannot be switched, and the line is checked.
4. Insufficient cutting pressure
A. The oil pump is damaged or the oil inlet is blocked. The oil cylinder is leaking. After inspection, it is excluded according to the situation.
B. The micro switch is too slow or faulty to be adjusted to make it touch or replace it when it is about 10 mm before the cutting point.
C. Solenoid valve failure, check the solenoid valve spindle.
D. The circulating oil of the fuel tank is insufficient, and the circulating oil is added to make the oil surface exceed the oil filter net.
