Fully automatic rolling type cutting machine: processing the whole leather or textile with the sandwich method. D. Computer controlled water beam cutting machine: It is a modern advanced cutting machine. It does not need to use the die and cuts according to the input program. The punching source is a high pressure water beam generator. E. Computer controlled ultrasonic cutting machine: The control mode is similar to that of the water beam cutting machine. The punching source is the ultrasonic generator. 

2. According to the structure: A, rocker type cutting machine: the punching part is a swingable rocker arm, suitable for the punching of natural materials B, gantry type cutting machine: the punching part is a punching that can move left and right along the beam The head can be fixed on the punching head or placed on the workpiece. A large, computer-controlled gantry cutting machine punch is equipped with a rotatable die holder, which can be selected according to the program layout and select the corresponding tool; of course, an automatic feeding mechanism is required. C. Flat-type cutting machine: It differs from the gantry type cutting machine in that the beam is directly punched and there is no punching head that can be moved. The flat cutting machine is further divided into two categories: the beam is fixed or the beam can be moved back and forth and the table slide can be moved back and forth. D. II. Mechanical transmission cutting machine: The cutting machine of general mechanical transmission has a faster speed and stable operation (the lower limit of stroke does not change after adjustment), and the punching force is large; the biggest disadvantage is that the noise is large. Therefore, since the 1960s, it has gradually replaced the hydraulic drive cutting machine.

III. The hydraulic transmission cutting machine: The main basis for judging the function of the hydraulic cutting machine is: the cutting force and the cutting speed. The punching force is very large, but the cutting speed is very low, or the punching speed is very high, but the machine with small punching force cannot successfully complete the punching task. For mechanically driven cutting machines, the cutting speed is generally high, about 250 times/min; the cutting speed is variable, and the average cutting speed is: 200 mm/sec. The cutting speed of the hydraulic cutting machine is generally: greater than 75 mm / sec. The difference between the mechanically driven cutting machine and the hydraulically driven cutting machine is mainly determined by the different characteristics of the two transmissions: the mechanical transmission is a rigid transmission, and the hydraulic transmission does have a certain flexibility. The characteristic of the hydraulic cutting machine is that when the punching head acts on the workpiece through the die, the pressure in the working cylinder does not reach the rated pressure, and the pressure will increase as the time of contact (cutting into the workpiece) increases, until The electromagnetic reversing valve receives the signal, the reversing valve reversing, and the punching head starts to reset; at this time, the pressure in the cylinder may not reach the set rated pressure value due to the limitation of the time of the pressure oil entering the cylinder; that is Say, the system pressure has not reached the design value, and the die cutting has been completed.

IV. The use of cutting machine status: 

  1. Mechanical transmission cutting machines, although there are still manufacturers continue to produce, some small, individual manufacturers are still using, but this form of cutting machine is bound to be eliminated.

  2. The hydraulic drive cutting machine is still in the mainstream. Among the hydraulic cutting machines, a large number of rocker-type cutting machines with a tonnage of 14-18 tons are used. Flat and gantry cutting machines are mostly used for relatively large manufacturers, and are more suitable for punching of man-made materials.

  3. The automatic cutting machine has already been used in China. Due to the improvement of the modernization of the manufacturing industry, there may be a certain market in the near future. But in the near future, high-end cutting machines are not a substitute for hydraulic cutting machines.
