Hydraulic control system fault solution of hydraulic cutting machine


1. After the control signal of the hydraulic cutting machine is input into the system, the actuator does not move.

    a. Check whether the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cutting machine system is normal, and judge the working condition of the hydraulic pump and the relief valve.

    b. Check if the actuator is stuck.

    c. Check if the input and output electrical signals of the servo amplifier are normal and judge the working condition.

    d. Check if the electric signal of the electro-hydraulic servo valve changes and there is input, whether the oil pressure output is normal or not, to judge whether the electro-hydraulic servo valve is normal. If the servo valve is faulty, it is usually handled by the manufacturer.

 

2. After the control signal of the hydraulic cutting machine is input into the system, the actuator moves in a certain direction to the end.

    a. Check if the sensor is connected to the system.

    b. Check if the output signal of the sensor and the servo amplifier are misconnected into positive feedback.

    c. Check the internal feedback fault of the hydraulic servo servo valve.
