Damage to the oil pump will also result in insufficient output pressure of the oil pump. 80% of the oil pumps have problems with loud noises. When the automatic cutting machine has loud noises, we must check the oil pump first.
Three, the solenoid valve is damaged;
There is a high probability that the solenoid valve of the automatic cutting machine is damaged. When the cutting machine has no pressure after three years of use, the solenoid valve should be checked. At present, there is no better way to detect the quality of the solenoid valve, only to replace it.
Fourth, the oil cylinder sealing ring is damaged;
The oil cylinder of the automatic cutting machine is a pressure actuator. After the sealing ring is damaged, the pressure oil will leak into the oil tank, and no pressure can be generated. The damage of the cylinder sealing ring is more difficult to check; but there is a very practical method to put the hydraulic cutting machine on the body even to a high point , To see if it slides down, if the slide down proves that the cylinder sealing ring is damaged (provided that there is no other oil leakage in the system, and the solenoid valve is new)
5. The differential valve is not closed when pressurizing;
