What Are The Stubborn Diseases Of The Hydraulic System Of The Hydraulic Cutting Machine

- May 26, 2020-

The vibration of the hydraulic system of the vibration hydraulic cutting machine is also one of its problems. The shock caused by the high-speed flow of hydraulic oil in the pipeline and the shock generated during the opening and closing of the control valve are the causes of system vibration. Strong vibration will cause errors in system control actions, and errors in some of the more sophisticated instruments in the system, resulting in system failure.

Solution: The hydraulic pipeline should be fixed as far as possible to avoid sharp bends. Avoid frequently changing the direction of fluid flow. Vibration reduction measures should be taken when it is unavoidable. The entire hydraulic system should have good vibration reduction measures, and at the same time, the impact of external vibration sources on the system must be avoided.

Heating. Due to the difference in flow velocity of various parts during the flow of the force transmission medium, there is a certain internal friction within the liquid, and there is also friction between the liquid and the inner wall of the pipeline. These are the reasons for the temperature increase of the hydraulic oil. Increasing temperature will lead to increased internal and external leakage, reducing its mechanical efficiency. At the same time, due to the higher temperature, the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic cutting machine will expand, resulting in increased compressibility, so that the control action cannot be transmitted well.

Solution: Fever is an inherent feature of the hydraulic system, which can only be reduced as much as possible without eradication. The use of good quality hydraulic oil, the arrangement of hydraulic pipelines should try to avoid the appearance of elbows, use high-quality pipelines, pipe joints, hydraulic valves, etc.

The leakage of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic cutting machine is divided into internal leakage and external leakage. Internal leakage refers to the leakage process that occurs inside the system, such as leakage on both sides of the hydraulic cylinder piston, leakage between the control valve spool and the valve body, and so on.

Although internal leakage does not cause the loss of hydraulic oil, due to the leakage, the predetermined control action may be affected until it causes system failure. External leakage refers to leakage that occurs between the system and the external environment.

The hydraulic oil leaks directly into the environment, in addition to affecting the working environment of the system, it will also cause failure of the system with insufficient pressure. There is also a risk of fire if hydraulic oil leaks into the environment.

Solution: Use better quality seals to improve the processing accuracy of the equipment.
