What To Do When The Cutting Machine Is Not Working

- May 22, 2020-

First, mechanical failure;

The main reasons for the failure of the cutting machine due to mechanical failures are: the degree of deformation of the body is too large, the column rails are stuck due to lack of oil, the pins and connecting rods fall off and the machine is stuck, etc. One, so there is no action of the cutting machine generally does not give priority to mechanical faults. It is easier to find mechanical faults, but as long as the mechanical faults that cause the automatic cutting machine to fail to operate are more troublesome, it is relatively more time-consuming and laborious, and may even be returned to the factory for repair. Generally, the fault can be seen at a glance by opening the cover around the machine.

Second, electrical failure;

Electrical faults are generally: the main motor is reversed, and the direction of the motor can be identified from the direction of the cooling fan of the motor. The relay is burnt out. If the relay burns out, there will be black marks on the inner wall. If it is found that the inner wall of the relay is burnt, please replace it first. Because replacing the relay is relatively simple, it should be excluded first. The contactor has poor contact, which is mainly manifested by the motor not turning or pressing the start button. The thermal relay is tripped. The motor will not rotate when the thermal relay is tripped. After the thermal relay is tripped, you will see R next to the current adjustment button. Press Reset to resume. The line is damaged. There are no shortcuts to the line damage. You can only check step by step.

Three, hydraulic failure;

Generally, the hydraulic cutting machine does not work due to hydraulic faults: the oil pump is not absorbing oil or is damaged. If the oil pump is not absorbing or damaged, the hydraulic oil will not be circulated in the oil tank of the machine. Can determine whether the fault is caused by the oil pump. The solenoid valve is stuck. If the malfunction is caused by the solenoid valve being stuck, it usually appears that the upper workbench falls down and cannot be picked up. Once the motor is started, the workbench will run to the top and suffocate. The oil pipe is broken and there is a serious oil leak. If the oil pipe is broken, the oil leakage is better to check. It can be seen at a glance by removing the surrounding shields.

In summary, we can gradually check from simple to difficult according to the specific situation. The editor briefly gives his own inspection steps and methods for your reference; first press the start button, the motor will continue to check the next step, if the motor does not rotate, check the start circuit until the motor can be started; press the cut button after the motor starts (If the upper workbench falls below, please press the emergency stop button.) Observe whether the solenoid valve light is on. If it is off, check the circuit. If it is on, it proves that there is no problem with the circuit. Continue to check the hydraulic system. Checking in this way can first determine the approximate problem and then check it carefully, which saves time and makes it easier to find the source of the failure.
